Im buying a new home and I think my realtor is not doing a good job. What should a good realtor be willing and ready to do for a client?

Figure out what you want, and do the research

1. send you a daily list by email of properties that could be in the ball park of the properties you may like, then wait for your feedback.

a. location ok?
b. type of home ok?
c. prices in your range?
d. you need pre approved mortgage?
e. warn you of anything going on in the market
f. tell you of new developments

Ever since its property bubble burst spectacularly in late 2008, Dubai has been struggling to revive its shattered image.

But those investors who bought at the peak of the real-estate boom in the trading hub of the UAE say they still have no idea where their hundreds of thousands of dollars have gone.

And no one, not even the real-estate regulator, seems willing to help.
