How to access toronto real estate property data base that the realtors use?
December 29, 2011 - 8:42 pm
not realtor.ca, but the one the realtors use to do research,
such as recent sale, sale price, and can search by area, and etc
Thank you
thanks for your answer malica
i do understand only realtor can access those information, but im also wondering if there is a subscription service that i can pay monthly to use that database.
or even, how do i become a realtor myself
You have to obtain a real estate license, and be hired by a broker, at that point you pay to join the real estate board, and you pay for access to the data base.

Only realtors can access the full information available in the MLS database. They should be able to answer any questions you have, but that information is not available for the public to view or search.
Edit: There’s no premium membership access you can get even if you pay, unless you are a realtor – you have to be a licensed realtor which takes about a year, including at least one qualifying examination you’d need to prepare for and take.

Realtors’ use MLS
TO be a Realtor [i am no longer one]
you must first be a licensee, either a sales person
associate broker or broker
why not seek a RE licensee in your city and ask for
a BUYER"S agent if you wish to buy. NEVER EVER use
a "dual agent."
