How to fix this error message.
No D3DX9 dll found. To enable stats, shaders and complex resizers, please make sure to install the latest DirectX End-User Runtime. Warning creating EVR Custom renderer.

This could also be fixed by installing the DirectX Runtime from the link above. However, I just copied the file.
